Armbruster Teigwarenfabrik is a family-owned company, located in the Black Forest in Germany. We are specialized in producing egg-pasta, made of pure durum wheat semolina and fresh barn eggs. Further varieties are part of our product range e.g. flavored, wholemeal or organic pasta.
Our tradition of pasta-making started over a century ago with a small bakery in the heart of the Black-Forest. Our recipes for traditional German pasta have been handed down father to sons, perfecting and modernizing the methods of production on the way, but never changing the unforgettable taste of our great-great-grandma’s handmade pasta.
Black Forest’s cuisine is as popular as its nature. Our high quality wines, beers and mineral waters are well-known all over the world.
But the Black Forest is also known for another famous regional noodle dish – our Spaetzle. You can eat it as a side dish with roast meat or as a main course, e.g. as the delicious Cheese-Spaetzle.
