Welcome to the official German Pavilion at the Winter Fancy Food Show 2012 in San Francisco, sponsored by the German Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection. 11 German exhibitors will be presenting a wide range of products such as sweets & confectionaries, sausages, coffee, mineral water, dried fruits, organic cereals, beverages, food service products, such as flavored rice, regional specialties, spices and seasonings as well as seasonal products.
The Winter Fancy Food Show is one of the most important food trade fairs in the United States and the largest along the West Coast. Nearly 18.000 attendees from the US retail and food service industries, media and from 60 nations around the world came to San Francisco in 2011.
